Standard Birth Package: $600
After a free consultation to conclude that we are a good match, we will set up two 1-2 hour prenatal visits, and one postpartum visit. Prenatal visits would cover getting acquainted, making a list of your birth preferences, asking questions, basic childbirth education, relaxation techniques for labor, how to include partner/family into the birth experience...etc.
You would have me, or a backup in the unlikely case I will not be available, as a constant labor support companion for your birth. I would stay 1-2 hours after birth to help, if desired, with breastfeeding, and to make sure you're settled and taken care of.

During your postpartum appointment, within the first week after birth, we will discuss your birth experience and how you are feeling. I will answer any questions you have about breastfeeding, newborn care and personal care. If desired, within that visit, I will dedicate time solely purposed to assisting you with household chores (cooking, cleaning, laundry), taking care of other children, or watching baby so you can take a moment of personal care.
